DOLAT CAPITAL, EMPRESA DE INVESTIMENTO, S.A. (“Dolat Capital”), hereby informs that, in accordance with the legislation in force, in particular, article 4, no. 5, letter b), of Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 (“SFDR”), on transparency in the disclosure of information regarding investment decisions on sustainability factors, it does not currently take into account the negative impacts on sustainability factors.

DOLAT CAPITAL understands that the adequate consideration of such impacts requires the consolidated disclosure of reference indices, which is not yet the case.

Therefore, DOLAT CAPITAL is awaiting the aforementioned consolidation, namely the entry into force of the technical specifications defined in the “Regulatory Technical Standards” (“RTS”), to reassess its position.
